The founder
Mateo Toro
Mateo is a paisa entrepreneur and the CEO of Alta Gama Luxe. He started with a simple idea that went against the market at the time:
“…while most were leaning towards apartments, I went into a little-explored market…”— Mateo Toro, Forbes Colombia
Today Alta Gama Luxe operates private villas and a penthouse in El Poblado, Provenza and Envigado, and hosts groups that come to Medellín to celebrate: bachelor parties, birthdays and trips with friends.
“You can get there faster alone, but as a team you get further.”— Mateo Toro

What we stand for
How we work
We operate our villas
Book directly with the team that runs the villa. One conversation, no middlemen.
Transparent by default
What is included is listed per villa; every extra is clearly marked as optional with an additional cost.
Good neighbours
House rules on sound and visitors protect the communities our villas are part of.
Zero tolerance
We firmly reject ESCNNA and comply with Colombian law on guest registration.
