Area: Upper Envigado hills (gated community)

Your villa sits inside a private, gated community in the upper hills of Envigado, just above El Escobero and near the scenic Las Palmas road—green, secure and surrounded by sweeping city and mountain views. Spend the day by the pool, head down for dinner and drinks in Provenza, El Tesoro or around Indiana Mall, then come back to your own private villa when the night is done. The hillside setting isn't walkable; approx. 10–15 min to Provenza and 35–45 min to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), depending on traffic.

Check-in: 3:00 PM · Check-out: 12:00 PM
Maximum 28 guests (2 per bed). Larger groups are quoted separately as an event or at a different rate, on request
Pool & jacuzzi available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Only registered guests may stay overnight
No glassware in the pool or jacuzzi areas
Outdoor quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM—after 10 PM the celebration moves inside to the night lounge
Fireworks are strictly prohibited
All visitors must be 18 or older
Friends dropping by for a couple of hours are always welcome, free of charge (they do not stay overnight)
Events (groups above the maximum), external sound, DJs or mariachis carry an extra charge—contact us beforehand. External sound goes in the night lounge only, never outdoors
One pet is welcome, and smoking is allowed (we kindly suggest the outdoor areas)
Outdoor cameras and noise sensors
All guests must present valid ID and complete our immigration form, including passport upload, as required by local regulations
We are firmly against ESCNNA (sexual exploitation of minors)

“Absolutely incredible stay. The second we walked in, our entire group lost their minds over the view. You get an unbelievable view of Medellín and the surrounding mountains, and it’s just as beautiful during the day as it is at night. … The house itself is amazing, tons of space, a pool, hot tub, and even your own private disco room. It was honestly the perfect place for a group.”
