Area: El Poblado hillside, Medellín

Villa Merlot sits in a private, secure hillside setting in El Poblado, Medellín, just minutes from the nightlife of Provenza and Parque Lleras. The setting isn't walkable, so a car or ride service is the easiest way to get around. Approx. 15–20 min to Provenza and Parque Lleras and 35–45 min to José María Córdova International Airport (MDE), depending on traffic.

Maximum 26 guests (2 per bed). Larger groups are quoted separately as an event or at a different rate, on request
Pool & jacuzzi available 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Only registered guests may stay overnight
No glassware in the pool or jacuzzi areas
Fireworks are strictly prohibited
Adults only (18+)—no children. All guests and visitors must be 18 or older
Friends dropping by for a couple of hours are always welcome, free of charge (they do not stay overnight)
Events (groups above the maximum), external sound equipment or mariachis carry an extra charge—contact us beforehand. The house sound system is yours to use
Pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed (we kindly suggest the outdoor areas)
Exterior security cameras on the perimeter only—no cameras inside the villa
The pool and jacuzzi are not fenced
All guests must present valid ID and complete our immigration check-in form, including passport upload, as required by local regulations
We are firmly against ESCNNA (sexual exploitation of children and adolescents)
