Nightly prices change every day with the season and demand, so we never publish a fixed price. The site shows the current live rate ("From USD … / night" and the nightly rate for your dates), synced with our Airbnb calendar. The final price, with Airbnb fees and taxes, is always the one on Airbnb: each villa has a button that opens it for your exact dates and group size. Our team can also send you a direct quote on WhatsApp.

Your stay includes exclusive use of the whole villa and its amenities and our 24/7 on-site concierge (for security, villas are never left unattended); daily housekeeping is included where the villa page says so. Private chef, bartender, transport, tours, massages, security and celebration details are optional and have an additional cost.

Each villa hosts up to 2 guests per bed: Skyline Bachelor Villa up to 26, 8 Casas up to 28, Skyline Pool Villa El Poblado up to 28, PH Provenza up to 22 and Cozy Retreat with Pool Envigado up to 12. Larger groups are quoted separately as an event or at a different rate: ask us on WhatsApp.

At Skyline Bachelor Villa, 8 Casas and Skyline Pool Villa El Poblado friends dropping by for a couple of hours are welcome free of charge; only registered guests may stay overnight and all visitors must be 18+. Rules differ at PH Provenza and Cozy Retreat with Pool Envigado: check each villa page.

Each villa has its own rules. Skyline Bachelor Villa has a house sound system; events (groups above the villa’s maximum) and external sound or mariachis carry an extra charge and must be arranged beforehand. At 8 Casas outdoor quiet hours start at 10 PM and the celebration continues in the private Night Lounge. Events are not allowed at PH Provenza or Cozy Retreat with Pool Envigado. Fireworks are prohibited in every villa.

José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) is approximately 35–45 minutes from the villas, depending on traffic. Private airport pickup can be arranged (optional · additional cost).

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM in all villas. Every guest must present valid ID and complete the immigration check-in form (including passport upload), as required by Colombian regulations.

They are in El Poblado, Provenza and the Envigado hills. The exact address is shared after your booking is confirmed.

Our villas are in private, secure settings (8 Casas is in a gated community with 24/7 security), security cameras are exterior only where a villa has them (never inside) and our concierge is on-site 24/7. In the city, move with registered private transport, never leave drinks unattended and do not bring people you just met back to the villa: only registered guests can stay.

It depends on the villa: pets are welcome in all five (one pet in most), and smoking is allowed in all except Skyline Pool Villa El Poblado. We kindly suggest smoking in the outdoor areas.

Direct bookings: a 50% payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is paid one day before check-in. The cancellation policy is strict and date changes are not allowed. Security deposit: 50% of the total rent, paid in cash to the concierge at check-in and returned in cash by the concierge at check-out. Bookings made on Airbnb follow the policy shown on the listing.

Yes, in the villas that allow events (Skyline Bachelor Villa, 8 Casas and Skyline Pool Villa El Poblado). Weddings, music video and film shoots, masterminds and retreats, corporate events and private parties are quoted per event: use the "Quote your event" page or write to us on WhatsApp. PH Provenza and Cozy Retreat with Pool Envigado do not allow events.

Yes. Villa Merlot (Skyline Bachelor Villa) and Villa Mónaco (Skyline Pool Villa El Poblado) are side by side in the same private complex. Together they have 14 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms and 27 beds, for up to 54 guests, so everyone can have their own room, with one concierge team. Alta Gama Luxe firmly rejects the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents (ESCNNA) and complies with Colombian law (Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009). Any such case is reported to the authorities.
